Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My approach to therapy is empathic and collaborative, and informed by psychodynamic training as well as attachment-based, developmental, and relational perspectives. I work with clients to alleviate symptoms, make sense of thinking and behavioral patterns, develop coping skills, and build upon their strengths to create meaningful change and gain a deeper self-understanding.
